Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions will apply to any contract: -

Text & Photographic Material

Prices quoted are for all text and graphics (photographic and logos) to be supplied
by the Customer on Floppy Disk or by E-mail. Midland Web Services can provide photographic services at additional cost.

All copyright of such text and graphics must be with the Customer. The Customer must ensure that no copyright laws are contravened by the publication of any material supplied to Midland Web Services to be published on the Customers Web Site.

Copyright of the Web Site Design will remain Midlands Web Services.

Service Availability

Whilst Midland Web Services take all reasonable care in ensuring it's Customers data and interests are protected, it cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or business due to errors or misunderstanding on it's own part, or situations which may arise outside of its control.

Ownership of Domain Names

Any Domain Name registered by or on behalf of the Customer shall remain in the ownership of the Customer, subject to the normal rules and UK regulations governing the use and ownership of Domain Names.

Advertising

Midland Web Services reserves the right to use sites it has designed for its own advertising and for demonstration purposes to other potential customers. Midland Web Services also reserves the right to add advertising logos and offers from third parties to its customers web sites, but will seek approval from the customer for any advertising which might be considered as competition to the customer or generally inappropriate.

Payment Terms

50% of the Total Order Value will be paid with a signed Purchase Order.
Abalance of 50% will be paid prio to publication of the final Web Site.
Standard Payment Terms are 14 days net.

Acceptable Means of Payment

Midland Web Services can only accept payment by cash, Company Cheque, Banker's Draft or Internet Transfer.
